There’s a woman who lives rent-free in my head, and her name is Miss Mabel.
She showed up almost by accident — a side character in an early draft who was only supposed to have one scene — and by the time I finished that chapter, I knew she wasn’t going anywhere. Miss Mabel runs a matchmaking registry out of a little frontier town, and she has never once, not a single time, taken “I’m not looking for a wife” for an answer.

Eleven books later, she’s still meddling. And I still love her for it.
If you’ve never met her, I wanted to make it easy — Miss Mabel’s Matchmaking Registry starter story is completely free when you sign up for my newsletter. It’s the perfect way to meet the town, get a feel for the kind of clean, faith-filled romance I write, and decide whether you want to follow along as Miss Mabel works her way through the whole registry (spoiler: you will).

Once you’re in, you’ll also get updates on new releases, sneak peeks at books before they’re out, and the occasional very unserious email about whatever Miss Mabel would say about my own attempts at matchmaking (she would have opinions).
So — go meet her. I promise she’s worth it. And when you’re done, come back and tell me: who do you think she should matchmake next? 🙂
