A runaway bride and a wanted man agree to fake a marriage just to survive the journey West. A disgraced society girl and a disenchanted soldier get thrown together right before the bandits strike. A pregnant widow fleeing debt collectors crosses paths with a haunted cowboy outrunning his own past. Nobody in this series is quite who they first appear to be, and that’s exactly the point.

This is another one where reading in order really matters. The secrets and storylines carry through the whole series, so start with Her Wagon Train Husband and let it build the way it was written to.

By the time you reach the fifth book, two people hunting the very same man for two very different reasons, you’ll see just how far the threads from book one have traveled.

If Oregon Trail Brides is the tender side of the westward journey, Wagon Train Women is the side with a little more danger simmering underneath. Both are worth your time, but this one might just keep you up past your bedtime.
